OPEN HOUSE -- A gala open house recently marked the grand opening of the new McHenry office of Northern Illinois Realty Service at 3815 W. Elm street, in McHenry. Extensive remodel­ ing was completed on the old Henny Penny Restaurant after the purchase of the property in June, and things looked quite dif­ ferent as C. Ted Hill, president of Northern Illinois Realty Ser­ vice, Inc., greeted friends and fellow realtors as they came with good wishes and to enjoy the delicious refreshments which were served. On hand to assist Mrs. Barba-a Lencioni, manager of the McHenry office, in greeting guests were sales associates (picturedhere): seated, Barbara Lencioni; standing, from left, Norma Hinman. Mechanical and Electrical Contractors: $100 for two (2) sets of Mechanical and Electrical drawings and specifications and one (1) set of Architectural and Structural drawings and specifications. CRUDE OIL PRODUCTION A steady decline in Illinois crude oil production for the next two decades was forecast in a report released by the Ill­ inois Geological Survey. By 1989, annual production will dwindle to 6.5 million barrels from the current estimated 51.7 million barrels unless new dis­ coveries or economically feas­ ible recovery methods are found, the report said. TTie es­ timates are based on the as­ sumptions made are that water- flood development will continue at a rate of 5,000 acres per year for the next decade and that technology, price, govern­ ment regulation and taxation will remain constant or im­ prove only slightly in future years. The calls numbered over ninety, which was far more than the organization expected. Therefore, A.E.G. would like to apologize to all those who call­ ed and did not get their papers picked up. Since the calls were so overwhelming, A.E.G. has made a list of all those from whom they were unable to col­ lect, and will make sure the papers are collected Saturday, Oct. 18. Banks of Rt. 1, Ringwood, charging that on Sept. 28 he op­ erated a vehicle in "a wanton and reckless manner, showing total disregard for the safety of persons and property". Bond was set at $500. When he failed to appear in court Oct. 9, the bond was forfeited and the case continued until Nov. 11.
