All the glass collected Saturday will be sold to a glass manufacturing company for recycling into new glass. The proceeds from this collection will be donated to the Citizens Committee for a McHenry County Conservation District to help in publicizing the need for an open-space agency in the county. Residents will be asked to vote on this referendum April 6. The collection Saturday will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the southeast corner of the Plaza parking lot.
