Legal Notice NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION Junior College District No. 528, Counties of McHenry and Boone and State of Illinois NOTICE is hereby given that on Saturday, the 26th day of February, 1972 a special election will be held in and for Junior College District No. 528, Counties- of McHenry and Boone and State of Illinois, for the purpose of votiu; upon the following propositi®: Shall the Board of Trustees of Junior College District No. 528, Counties of McHenry and Boone and State of Illinois, issue bonds of said District to the amount of $3,100,000 for the purpose of borrowing money to pay the cost of a site for junior college purposes and to build and equip suitable buildings thereon and to provide funds for transfer to the Illinois Building Authority in accordance with the provisions contained in Article V of the Public Junior College Act of the State of Illinois? That for the purpose of said election said Junior College District has been divided into thirteen voting precincts, and the boundaries of each precinct and the name of the polling place designated for each precinct being as follows: VOTING PRECINCT NO. 1 Precinct No. 1 shall consist of all that territory within Algonquin Township, Nunda Township, Grafton Township, and Dorr Township within the boundaries of Crystal Lake Community High School District No. 155 lying westerly of the center line of the Public Highway now known as Highway 31. Polling Place: The polling for Precinct No. 1 is hereby designated as and located at Foyer of Field House located on Walkup Avenue of Crystal Lake Community HIigh School, 45 West Franklin Street, Crystal Lake, Illinois VOTING PRECINCT NO. 2 Precinct No. 2 shall consist of all of the territory in Crystal Lake Community High School District No. 155 and Wauconda Community Unit School District No. 118 located in Algonquin Township and Nunda Township lying easterly of the Public Highway and now known as Highway 31, except that part of Crystal Lake Community High School District No. 155 lying within the corporate limits of the Village of Fox River Grove, Illinois Polling Place: The polling place for Precinct No. 2 is hereby designated as and located at Foyer of Auditorium in the Cary-Grove Community High School, Three Oaks Road and First Street, Cary, Illinois VOTING PRECINCT NO. 3 Precinct No. 3 shall consist of all that territory within , the Alden Township and Hebron Township within the boundaries of the Alden- Hebron Community Unit School District No. 19. Polling Place: The polling place for Precinct No. 3 is hereby designated as and located at the Hebron Fire House which is located on Prairie Avenue one block South of Highway 173 and one and one-half blocks East of High­ way 47, Hebron, Illinois VOTING PRECINCT NO. 4 Precinct No. 4 shall consist of all the territory in Marengo Township and Riley Township which lies in Marengo Community High School District No. 154. Polling Place: The polling place for Precinct No. 4 is hereby designated as and located at Marengo Community High School, Marengo, Illinois. VOTING PRECINCT NO. 6 Precinct No. 6 shall consist of all the area lying and situated in Harvard Community Unit School District No. 50. Polling Place: The polling place for Precinct No. 6 is hereby designated as and located at Central School, 400 block North Division Street, Harvard, Illinois VOTING PRECINCT NO. 7 Precinct No. 7 shall consist of all that part of Woodstock Community Unit School District No. 200 situated within Hartland, Seneca and Dorr, Greenwood, and McHenry Townships except that portion of Greenwood and McHenry Townships lying East of the center line of Queen Anne Road and North of the center line of Illinois Highway 120 Polling Place: The polling place for Precinct No. 7 is hereby designated as and located at McHenry County Court House Annex, Calhoun and Throop streets, Woodstock, Illinois. VOTING PRECINCT NO 8 Precinct No. 8 shall consist of all the territory in McHenry Community High School District No. 156 located in McHenry and Nunda Townships except that part of said High School District located within Johnsburg School District No. 12 and located within Harrison School District No. 36. VOTING PRECINCT NO. 13 Precinct No. 13 shall consist of that part of Crystal Lake Community High School District No. 155 lying and situated in the corporate limits of the Village of Fox River Grove, Illinois. Percussion and woodwinds will combine for a Northern Illinois Universtiy junior recital featuring a new jazz composition by one of the soloists on Saturday, Feb. 5, in the campus' Fine Arts auditorium at 8:30 p.m. Solists for the program are percussionist Beverly Naiditch of Carpentersville and Susan Lynn Kopack, oboe and English horn, of Miami, Fla. Wayne W. Kidd of 3103 W. Riverstream drive, McHenry, is assisting in the recital as pianist. Admission to the per­ formance is open to the public without charge. No tickets are required. One section of the District 15 Teachers Institute day was devoted to presentations to the staff by the various committee chairmen, giving details on the progress and activities of their respective committees. As was shown through these reports, the committees have made great strides toward their goals through the many hours of work and considerable effort put forth above and beyond their teaching assignments. District 15 is proud of the work accomplished by this group of teachers and their committeee members. In another presentation. James Doran, reading coor­ dinator for District 15, ex­ plained the role of his position and set forth plans for the reading program in the district for the remainder of the year.
