Our office hours will be temporarily changed to Monday, Wednesday and Friday only from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. due to lack of volunteer help. She is housebroken, has had shots and is very gentle with children. Call 658-7666 if in­ terested. An all brown female purebred Weimaraner, Vk years old, housebroken, would make someone a good hunting companion, at 459-5213. At 459-2522 is a female Labrador mix puppy, black with some white markings that will be medium size when full grown. In Algonquin, at 658-7666, is a IV2 year old spayed female, part Rottweiler, housebroken, all shots and very good with children, would make a won­ derful house pet. In Wonder Lake, at 653-9828, is a 3 month old male Beagle Pointer mix puppy, tri-colored with one blue eye and one brown eye. In Huntley at 312-669-5406 is an 8 month old female Irish Setter, red with a white streak on her chest. Another female Irish Setter purebred can be seen by calling Woodstock, 338-0132. She was rescued from oncoming traffic and is a very good dog! Are you looking for a large black shaggy dog? We have one at 385-4894 that is 7 months old, female and very smart and good with kids. "Jenny" needs a family to give her special love! She is a 2 year (rid spayed female English Setter, black with mahogany red long hair, housebroken, all shots and very gentle. He is tri-colored, housebroken, great with kids, good watchdog and also gets along well with other dogs. She is a black, shiny, MAR school for the R O T C Army Opens Reserve Officer Training Period The Army has opened Its Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) scholarship application period to high school students from Sept. 1 through Dec. 31. Graduating high students may apply 1,000 four-year scholarships the Army will award to students entering college in the fall of 1973. The scholarships are valid at over 290 colleges and universities offering the four-year Army ROTC program and pay for tuition, textbooks and laboratory fees. * The scholarships also include a $100 monthly subsistence allowance for up to ten months during the academic year. Based on current college costs, each scholarship is worth about $11,280 for four years. The scholarships are open to both men and women.The Army has just begun a test program for women's ROTC at ten institutions. General requirements for ROTC scholarship students are: be 17 years of age by Oct. 1 of the year in which the scholarship begins; be able to complete all requirements for a commission and a college degree, and be under 25 years of age on June 30 of the year in which they become eligiMeipr appointment as officers; ^erve as an active duty Army officer for four years following college graduation. smooth haired female kitten about 3 months old with golden eyes that loves people. In Algonquin at 658-7666 is a black, long-haired male kitten, a gray, long-haired male kitten and a grey, tiger-stripe kitten, all about 3 months old, litter trained and have distemper shots. LOST CATS Lost in Crystal Lake at 459- 0292 is a 1 year old male, solid light gray cat. Lost at 459-2189 is a V/z year old male, orange, striped male cat, missing since July. Two orange tiger striped kittens, both male and about 7 months old, were lost in Crystal Lake. Call 459-6517 if found. LOST DOGS Lost in Algonquin, a one year old male, small German Shepherd-Doberman Pinscher wearing a collar and tags when lost. Call 658-8291 if found.
