The Mayor and Council reserve Skinner Plans To Create New Advisory Unit "Citizens from all walks of life and various political per suasions adding their ideas and opinions to the legislative process." That's what State Rep.-elect Cal Skinnner, Jr. (R-33) has in mind to assist him in representing the wishes of his constituents in McHenry, Kane, Boone, DeKalb and Winnebago counties. He calls it a Legislative Advisory council and anyone who has an interest in what the legislature is doing or not doing is free to join and contribute his or her viewpoint. Skinner hopes to create an advisory group that will keep him in touch with the wishes of his district, as nearly as is possible. "This is an attempt to sup^ plement the letters and calls that a legislator might or dinarily receive. I want to give people the opportunity to get as involved as they want in the legislative process," Skinner said. Those who are interested in further information about Skinner's Legislative Advisory council are encouraged to contact him at P.O.
