Sonnemaker, R.R. 1, Trivoli, 111., has arrived for duty at Mildenhall RAF station, England. Major Sonnemaker, an EC- 135 navigator, is assigned to a unit of the U.S. Air Forces in Europe, America's overseas air arm assigned to NATO. He previously served at Korat Royal Thai AFB, Thailand, and has completed twelve months of duty in Vietnam. A 1954 graduate of Far- mington (111.) Community high school, he received his B.S. degree in agriculture and his M.S. degree in agronomy from the University of Illinois and was commissioned there in 1959 through the Air Force Reserve Officers Training corps program. His wife, Mary, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hogan, 6606 Barnard Mill road, Ringwood. Major and Mrs. Sonnemaker have four children, Randall, Sheryl, Geoffrey and Scot. Howard E. Emery from Richmond recently enlisted in the Air Force Delayed Enlistment program. Howard will leave for active duty July 12. He enlisted in the Air Force as a Electronic Com­ munications and Cryp­ tographic Equipment systems repairman. Jim Johnson gave a talk on the Spitz dog, Lin Miyaki gave a health talk, Daureen Parenti gave a demonstration on painting and sketching and Denise Parenti gave a bike safety talk.
