(815) 338-0624 4-20 Two Charges Made Against Local 'Cyclist While on routine patrol Sunday morning about 12:15, deputies observed a motorcycle being driven without headlights on McCullom Lake road, just west of Route 31. The 'cycle was stopped and although the driver attempted giving a fictitious name, it was learned he was Richard H. Orton of 4817 W. Orchard, McHenry. He had never been issued a driver's license and the 'cycle was without license plates. Orton was arrested for curfew violation and no valid registration. Bond was set at $50 with court appearance set for May 21. Orton's passenger, a juvenile, was given notice to appear in Family court for violation of curfew. MARRIAGE LICENSES Craig L.
