Kevin Koplin, a Civil Defense volunteer from Union, readies a new shipment of sand bags for local flood victims. In portions of the Griswold Lake Hills area, many roads are impassible due to the rising Fox river. An ATV would help, but in a car, it's slow and careful driving and a prayer that the auto doesn't stall. A truck filled with sand and sand bags maneuvers along the flooded roads of Holiday Hills. The sand bags are donated by the Civil Defense crew but the victims of the flood must supply the sand. \
