Benjamin James, Riverside hotel, McHenry, guilty of battery, sentenced to seven days in county jail with credit given for time served. COMPLAINTS Deputy Sheriff Donald B. Lockhart charges that on May 28, Thomas E. Franks of 311 N. Willow road, McHenry, com mitted the offense of driving without a valid driver's license. Bond set at $1,000, court date July 12. Sgt.
