Detective Michael Tierney of the Crystal Lake Police department charges that on June 1, Michael Troka com­ mitted the offense of forgery in that he did possess a check of Marguerite Vockel. $2,500 bond, placed on jury call. Sgt. Daniel Kinnerk of the McHenry Police department charges that on May 22, 23 and 24, Michael J. Troka. also known as Terry Johnstone, committed the offenses of forgery in that he delivered checks of Elaine Noonan to the First National bank. $4,000 bond on two charges and $10,000 on the other.
