They repeated their nuptial vows before the Rev. John Cahill at the 11 o'clock morning services. Miss Jemiola is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Jemiola of 2810 N. Magellan, McHenry. Mr. Gedman, who resides at 406 N. Greenbay road, Waukegan, is the son of Mrs. Agnes Gedman of 920 Broad way, North Chicago, and the late Edward V. Gedman. The couple plan to make their home in Waukegan. , Miss Klapperich \Wed Saturday To Edward Wagner A wedding of local interest was solemnized in St. Mary's - Catholic church by Father - Joseph Kulak Saturday, June '16, at 1 p.m. United in marriage were Miss Patricia Klapperich and Mr. Edward J. Wagner. 1 The bride is the daughter of "Mr. and Mrs. John B. Klap- '•.perich of 5207 Barnard Mill > road, Ringwood, and her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wagner of 542 W. -.Rand road, McHenry. Sister Andreella provided organ music for selections offered by the senior choir. Miss Klapperich was radiant in a floor length gown of white -'satin-pearl, enhanced with C Venice lace. The bodice was *' fashioned with high neckline ' and long full sleeves, and the skirt was A-line. Her headpiece was a mantilla of imported illusion to which a chapel length veil was attached. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and baby's breath. Attending her were Mary Ann Klapperich of Ringwood, her sister, as maid of honor; Patricia Wagner, a sister-ir law, Joyce Murphy, sister ot the bridegroom, Nora Klap perich, sister-in-law, Emily Ortlieb and Charlotte Frazier, friends, all of McHenry, as bridesmaids. r They were attired in floor . length gowns in pastel colors, * styled with high necklines and ^long sleeves, and their head- ' pieces were petals with netting. Each carried a cascade bouquet of daisy, pom-poms to match her dress. - Ron Wagner of McHenry served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Murphy of McHenry, a brother-in-law, Don Klapperich of McHenry and Dave Klapperich of Ringwood, brothers of the bride, Joe Wagner of McHenry, brother of the bridegroom, and Bob Smeltzer of Sterling, a friend. Ushers were Mike Wagner of McHenry, brother of the bridegroom, and Robert Klapperich of Algonquin, the bride's brother. Mrs. Klapperich chose for her daughter's wedding a floor length, long sleeved dress of blue, with which she wore a white orchid corsage. Mrs. Wagner wore a similar gown in pink and a white orchid cor sage. .A reception for 260 guests was held at the V.F.W. Clubhouse. The couple left later on a trip to Washington, D.C., and upon their return will make their home at 204 5th avenue, Sterling, 111. The bride, a 1962 graduate of McHenry high school, has been employed at Oak Industries, Inc., Crystal Lake. Mr. Wagner graduated in 1963 from Marian Central high school and later from Elgin Junior college. He is an accountant. The Rev. Joseph Kulak officiated at the 2:30 double-ring ceremony in a church decorated with altar bouquets of white and yellow gladioli. Miss Steck is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Steck of 3015 Kinley Boulevard, McHenry Shores, and Mr. Kasper is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard J. Kasper of 508 Deerfield drive, Streamwood. The pretty bride wore a satin, floor length gown enhanced with lace, featuring an empire waistline and a lace tiered train which was fashioned into a bustle for the reception. White satin bows highlighted the long train. The fingertip veil which the bride also made was designed with four layers of illusion veiling trimmed with wedding bells. It was attached to a crown headpiece of pearls and sequins. She carried a crescent shaped bouquet of varied types of flowers ac cented with baby's breath. The bride's aunt, Mariann Berndt of Schaumburg, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids wei*e Linda Macholl of Streamwood, Sue Ringemann of Streamwood and Gwen Czoski of Chicago, the groom's cousin. Serving as flower girls were Maria and Chris Berndt of Schaumburg. The attendants were attired in dotted organdy gowns featuring square necklines. The bridesmaids' gowns were in rainbow shades of blue and purple and the flower girls wore yellow. Wayne Kasper of Stream- wood served his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Charlie Berndt of Schaumburg, John Czoski of Chicago, the groom's Cousin, and Albert Hellebuyek /of Streamwood. The bride's brothers, Mike and Rich Steck, were ringbearers. Handling the ushering duties were Glenn Holmes and Keith Hubertus of Streamwood. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Steck chose a floor length, cream-colored gown with white accessories. The groom's mother wore a floor length, peach colored gown with matching accessories. 0 Following the ceremony, a reception for 200 guests was held at the American Legion hall, McHenry. Upon their return from a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, the newlyweds will make their home in McHenry Shores. The young people are high school graduates and the bride also attended Don Roberts Beauty school. She is a beautician and the groom is employed as a truck driver. DeSoto's men gathered some 200 pounds of pearls by robbing Indian graves. During the business meeting, Maryrita Stilling, chairman of the Salvation Army Doughnut day announced that the club had exceeded its quota of $500. by collecting $710. She thanked all the members who helped with the tag day and made it such a success. The McHenry B.P.W. was also thanked for their contribution to the Managua, Nicaragua B.P.W. which had suffered severe losses during the recent ear thquake there. Lenora Frisby was recently honored by being appointed to lead a state-wide "rap" session at Normal, 111. June 3. ' There will be a board meeting July 9 at 8 p.m. in the conference room of city hall.
