STAFF PHOTO-WAYNE GAYLORD Sheriff Tyrrell reminded this week that the hunting season opened Saturday, Oct. 20. He urges all hunters to use ex treme caution for the prevention of accidents. Sheriff Tyrrell stated that the hunting laws set by the Con servation department will be strictly enforced. No hunting is allowed within 200 yards of any residence, unless prior authorization is given. Also, the restriction of hunting on any and all private lands and waterways is prohibited unless prior permission is granted.
