President Lucille Tucker, left, and Vice-President Jeanne Hamm of Fox Valley chapter greeted Mrs. Lazalde as she arrived at Oak Industries North Conference room, Crystal Lake. "Motivation is participation," was stressed along with a need for strong leadership in a successful group organization. Approximately twenty secretaries and guests en­ joyed the round table presentation with question and answer in conclusion. Refreshments were served.
