Mrs. Flink is a ; long time friend of Lu's. LOOSE DOGS I I have been asked on * numerous occasions to put something in the column regarding loose dogs in both communities. Owners who permit their dogs to run loose and dirty on someone else's - property are breaking the law, ; and the people are getting very tired of cleaning up after them T;and in some instances some 1 people can not even go out in their own yards because of dogs that growl and frighten them. Some of those who have called me have said they will take matters into their own hands, as they are very disgusted with the inconsiderate dog owners. So let a word to the wise be sufficient and either tie up your dog or walk him on a leash.
