Conservation Board Names Land Manager At the May 2 meeting, the board of trustees of the McHenry County Conservation district approved the action of the executive director in employing Donald Schellhaass as district land manager. In 1973 Schellhaass served as park ranger for the National Park service in the Grand Teton National Park, Moose, Wyoming. In his position as district land manager, he will be responsible for the implementatibn and supervision of site development plans.
