FAREWELL PARTY On Friday evening, May 24, a party was held in the home of Debie Henningfield for Roland Zabroski, then on Sunday another party was held in the home of his parents for approximately thirty-five friends and relatives. Roland left on May 28 for Camp Pendleton, Calif., to become a member of the Marine Corps. FAMILY GATHERING Ruth and Curt Freeman entertained several family members and their friends on Sunday, May 26. They were Ruth's mother, Ocie Ernest, her brother, Joe, and his friend, Linda Butler, also Margaret, {Catherine and Debra Butler, Earl Stevens and his friend, Georgia Lambert, also Annette, Jerry and Denice Lambert. HOSPITAL NOTES Our granddaughter, Roberta Hueckstaedt, is once again a patient in the hospital. This time she is in Loyola hospital in Maywood, where she is undergoing a series of allergy and other tests. We are hoping by this printing, she will once again be home. See you next week. Church Senior Choir To Present "Sound Of Singing" The Wonder Lake Bible church invites the public to hear the senior choir's rendition of "The' Sound of Singing", by John Peterson, a well known gospel composer. In this cantata, Mr. Peterson has included a number of his well-known Gospel songs. It begins with the song of nature and ends with "the glad new song" of the redeemed described in the book of the Revelation that some day will be sung around the throne in heaven.
