Peterson, 712 Regner, McHenry, charged with driving while licenses was suspended or revoked, probation denied, sentenced to fifteen days in the county jail. Christopher Dargan, also known as Christopher Chopper, 305 Wonder Way, Wonder Lake, bound over to the Grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Kenneth R. Shoulders, 802 W. Friendly, McHenry, bound over to the Grand jury on a charge of arson. COMPLAINTS Sgt. Robert Mickelsen charges that on July 26, Joseph S. Harvey of 512 W. East street, McHenry, committed the offense of possession of cannabis. Bond set at $1,000, court date Aug. 12. Sgt. Gregory P. Burg charges that on July 28, Lee M. Pankiewicz of 1203 Clover lane, McHenry, committed the offense of unlawful possession of controlled substances in that he did have in his possession a substance containing lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). Bond set at $2,500, court date Aug. 5. Sgt. Robert Mickelsen charges that on July 24, Milton H. Clark of 1308 N. Court street, McHenry, committed the offense of vagrancy. Bond set at $25, court date Aug. 7. Deputy Sheriff E. Dunivan charges that on July 30, Timothy R. Coughlin of 103 S. Lake Shore drive, McHenry, committed the offense of reckless driving. Bond set at $25, court date Aug. 15. Trinity Episcopal church in Niles, Mich. Father Anderson officiated at the service. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Linda Kohn.
