The little ghosts, witches, clowns and princesses, etc., will be out ringing door bells for their 'trick or treat' goodies, Thursday, Oct. 31. Of course, caution once again must be stressed to our children. It's suggested each year that children go out after school and before the dinner hour for their goodies, and it's always a good idea if an adult accompanies the children. Let's have a happy, but safe Halloween' WEDDING BELLS! Saturday, Oct. 12, was a very special day for the Sullivan family. At the 2:30 p.m. Mass in St. Marv's church George Zwierzynski and Betty Sullivan became man and wife when they exchanged their wedding vows while their families and friends happily watched the ceremony. This wedding was a real family affair. Betty's brother, Michael, was commentator for the service and her brother, John, was a server at the Mass along with John Johnson. Ann Sullivan was maid of honor for her sister and the bridesmaids were Mary Sullivan and Alice Hoffman, sisters of the bride, Nadine Kuta, the groom's cousin, and Kathy Joyce and Margie Koffend. Eugene Kokot served George as best man. Groomsmen were Bill Kielbasa, a cousin of the groom. Bill Sullivan, the bride's brother and friends Bill Butler, Jim Divita and Neal Gutekunst. Following the wedding ceremony a reception for the newlyweds was held at John- sburg Community Club with approximately 275 guests on hand to wish them years of happiness. Everyone enjoyed the gala festivities and had a marvelous time. Betty's proud parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Suilivan and George's equally proud parents are Mr. and Mrs. George Zwierzynski Sr. Our congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. George Zwierzynski!
