Eastwood Manor Mary Ann Bellak 385-5705 Homeowners Association Meets Feb. 27 This Thursday, Feb. 27, at 7:30 p.m., there will be a Homeowner's Association Meeting, at Faith church right here in our subdivision. Please plan 6n attending! We get together only three times a year, so please come, all Eastwood Manor Residents are welcome. An election of officers, is on the agenda, along with many different things Homeowner's would like to discuss such as the gravel pit, and water situation. On the lighter side talk of picnics, block parties, special holiday parties for Easter, Christmas, etc. may be discussed. x If one or the other can make it please stop up there, if you both can come that will be just great, if you are going to be late or h&Ve to leave early, a short while is better than nothing. I put flyers on the mailboxes of over 180 houses, not having the time to reach the entire subdivision, but I came close to it. I've either talked in person or over the telephone to several residents who are planning on coming to the meeting. Now as a last resort if you are unable to get out of your house because of children you are welcome to bring them along and they can play in the church nursery. Maybe a few of you who have teenage daughters can bring them along to help out while the meeting is going on! Otherwise the parents will be asked to take turns looking in on their own children. I've tried to cover all possible bases, plenty of notice has been given in the past few weeks, now the rest is up to you! If anyone needs a ride, give me a call and I'll try my best to make arrangements for you, with someone whom I'm certain will attend. Now don't forget Feb. 27, at 7:30, at Faith Church, that's this Thursday! Any questions please give me a call and I'll be happy to answer them for you!
