The world's largest indoor I lower show, the Chicago Flower and Garden Show, will be held at Chicago's exhibition center. McCormick Place, beginning Saturday, April 5 and ending Sunday, April 13. The more than 50 major gardens plus Ihe 1(H) or more com­ mercial exhibitors will com­ pletely fill all 280.000 square leet of McCormick Place's main exhibition hall. This year's Show theme is "Garden Fantasies" and will teature a storybook full of fanciful gardens and special features'. Home and Yard Improvement exhibitors will have items for maintaining and enhancing both home and grounds. There will also be commercial exhibits in the areas of hobbies and crafts, tourism and recreation, gourmet foods, and many more. LINCOLN SPECIAL "PRAIRIE LAWYER" Television viewers will gain new insight into the life of the young Abraham Lincoln when the third hour-long special, based on Carl Sandburg's P u l i t z e r P r i z e - w i n n i n g biography of Abraham Lincoln, is presented on the NBC television network. The McHenry state Bank, through its membership in the American Bankers Association (ABA), will co-sponsor the color television network production of "Prairie Lawyer" when it is telecast on Monday, April 7, at 9:00 p.m. on Channel 5. In the title role, Broadway's Tony Award winner Hal Holbrook, portrays a bright, energetic partner of the Stuart- Lincoln law office. Lincoln takes on an important murder case in which the prosecuting attorney is using the trial as a campaign for a seat in Congress.
