It is sponsored by the McHenry Business and Professional Women. The public is invited to attend this very informative meeting and to bring an object they would like to have evaluated or discussed. Mrs. Connie Blanchette is well qualified in this field as she teaches antiques at Harper Community college, has two antique shops in Richmond and has been a collector for many years. Proceeds will be used toward the annual Scholarship fund. Tickets may be purchased from a Business and Professional member or at the door. RUMMAGE-SALE Zion Lutheran Ladies aid will hold its semi-annual rummage sale in the church basement at 4206 W. Waukegan road April 17 and 18. Doors will be open from 9a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. They will meet with representatives from 100 colleges, universities, government and private agencies and other groups that have millions of dollars available for higher education. The Scholarship Fair, open to adults of any age, will be held Tuesday, April 15, Kennedy- King college gym, 6800 South Wentworth avenue, on Chicago South Side; Wednesday, April 16, Malcolm X college gym, 1900 West Van Buren street, just west of Chicago's Loop, and Thursday, April 17, Wright college gym, 3400 North Austin avenue, on Chicago's north side. Representatives of the Illinois State Scholarship commission will help par­ ticipants fill out applications for some $91 million available through ISSC, counselors will assist students who need in­ formation about colleges, and advisors will inform others about free dollars for college from state and federal sources.
