This is a habit that has been handed down from generations. It goes back to when dogs were wild and lived in the jungle grass. If they wanted a com fortable bed, they had to turn 'round and'round a few times to pack the grass down in that spot. Even though dogs are domesticated now, like their ancestros, they will go 'round and 'round from instinct, even though circumstances no longer require it. I've had quite a number of people tell me that we have already incorporated, while yet others say we aren't going to. Well the truth of the matter is that we have not incorporated yet as the proceedings are still in the hands of Island Lake. Mind you I'd sure feel a lot better when we do incorporate. To know that we will be financially helped and that everyone will then be sharing expenses. ROADS The road grader was out quite a bit in the past week. ATTENTION DRIVERS It has been brought to my attention that some fellow drivers do not know the rules of the road I have been asked to remind you that when a bus is stopped for the purpose of either picking up or dropping off bus riders that you do not go around either side of the bus. If by chance you don't know there is a special bus for the kids who are not capable of riding the regular bus. These buses look very much alike, regardless, both types of buses deserve your consideration. I am sure that if you are a parent that you would not like your child to be hit by one of these drivers who decides for himself that he can't wait for the bus and must go around. Steps will be taken to insure the safety of these boys and girls if need be.
