Deaths CHRISTOPHER LARSEN Christopher Larsen, 77, 7608 North drive, Wonder Lake, died Friday, Sept. 19, in Memorial hospital, Woodstock. He was born Nov. 28, 1897, in Norway, the son of Andrew Lars and Severine Knudsen Larsen. He was a retired painter and decorator and was a member of the Moose lodge. Among his survivors are a son, Albert, Williamson, Mich.; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Angelucci, Lauderhill, Fla.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Gunda Rhoubilard and Mrs. Anna Ewing, Ontario, Canada. The body rested at the Halm's Wonder Lake funeral home where services were held at 10 o'clock Monday morning with burial in Christ the King cemetery. Wonder Lake. ANN D'LUGOSZ Mrs. Ann D'Lugosz, 57, 4406 W. Ponca, was pronounced dead on arrival at McHenry hospital, Sept. 17. Among her survivors is her husband, Theodore. A funeral Mass was held Saturday in Glenview with burial in St. Adalbert's cemetery, Niles. FLORENCE C. NELLIS Private services will be held in the Peter M. Justen and Son funeral home for Mrs. Florence C. Nellis, 74, 2305 N. Woodlawn Park avenue, who died Sept. 19 in McHenry hospital. She was born Dec. 30, 1900, in Chicago, the daughter of William and Lucenia Weeks Strickland. The deceased formerly operated a drapery and interior decorating shop in McHenry. Among survivors is a brother, William J. Strickland, Gulfport, Fla. Her husband, William J Nellis, preceded her in death. WILLIAM J. HOUSBY William J. Housby, 52, died Sept. 21 at his home at 908 Plymouth, McHenry. He was born Dec. 23, 1922, in Chicago. Mr. Housby was employed as a printer. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. William (Sandra) Hart of Pennsylvania and Eileen Housby, Wonder Lake; one son, Robert W., McHenry; and three grand­ children. Visitation was scheduled from 2 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the George R. Justen and Son funeral home where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Woodland cemetery. A permanent resident since 1957 and a summer resident since 1935, Mr. Eschenlohr was born Dec. 24, 1903, in Germany and was a retired tool and die maker. He is survived by his wife, Erna, nee Weber, whom he married Dec. 19, 1931, in Chicago; a son, Wolfgang Eschenlohr, Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandchildren; and two brothers and a sister in Ger­ many. ELIZABETH RULLE Mrs. Elizabeth Rulle. 77. 2612 Elmoak Lane, died Saturday, Sept. 20, in McHenry hospital. She was a native of Leicester, England, where she was born June 9, 1898, the daughter of Herbert and Jane Milton Eoskett. Her only survivor is a sister, Mrs. G. Longland of Leicester, England. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Rulle, April 14, 1963. Visitation was scheduled for Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Peter M. Justen and Son funeral home where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery. GARY L. STOLL Gary L. Stoll, 21. of 1202 N. Clover lane, Eastwood Manor, was found dead Sunday, Sept. 21. while attending a gathering at the home of friends in Lakeland Park. Mr. Stoll was born Nov. 27, 1953, in Washington, D.C. A 1971 graduate of McHenry high school, he was employed as a shipping clerk. Survivors are his parertts, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stoll, aunts and uncles. Visitation was scheduled at the George R. Justen & Son chapel from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be conducted at 10 o'clock Wed­ nesday at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran church, with burial in Woodland cemetery. An inquest is pending. FREDB. FOWLES Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the Peter M. Justen and son funeral home for Fred B. Fowles. 82, who died Sept. 17 in the Zion Benton hospital, Zion. A former resident of 120 N. „Green street, McHenry, Mr. Fowles w as born July 2, 1893, in England. A resident of McHenry for thirty-five years, he was a retired landscaper. Among his survivors are two sons. Homer L., of Ingleside, and William, Waukegan; two grandchildren, Richard of McHenry and Mrs. Duane Heinsohn (Denise), Round Lake; one grandchild; and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Verrier of England. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise, Nov. 30, 1969. Father Arthur McKay of St. Paul's Episcopal church of­ ficiated at the last rites. En­ tombment was in Woodland Mausoleum. SEPTEMBER 24, 1975 Many To Participate In Scout Conference Over 175 men and women will be participating in the ' 1975 Adult Volunteer conference sponsored by hhe Sybaquay Gril Scout council, to be held Saturday, Sept. 27 at Elgin Community college. Values and Volunteers in Girl Souting will be the topic of a panel discussion. Following this there will be fifteen dif­ ferent study groups held throughout the day. Under the chairmanship of Mrs. Donald Laird of Elgin, the Council Personnel committee has selected topics of interest to all volunteers who work in Girl Scouting. Personnel from Northern Illinois university, Judson college, School Districts 300 and U-46, and the Sycamore MAURICE D. HARTEAU Maurice D. Harteau, 75, of 3811 Millstream drive, McHenry, died Friday, Sept. 12, at McHenry hospital. Mr. Harteau had been a resident of McHenry for about eleven years and had operated the Dodge Agency in Lakeland Park for six years. He retired five years ago. His wife, Mabel, nee Sutton, preceded him in death. The body rested at the Drake & Son funeral home, Chicago. district are among those persons who will be leading study groups. Service, planning with girls, the environment, astronomy, games and ceremonies, and arts arid crafts demonstrations are some of the choices available to those attending. Additional attractions for the day will include craft displays, chances to preview films available from the Council office, and discussion groups with board committees.
