DOGS It seems that the population explosion among the pet set will have to lead to more drastic measures to avoid the problem of annoying neighbors. Con tinuously barking dogs as well as straying animals are becoming a severe nuisance, and everybody is asked to cooperate to eliminate this. If you have a complaint you are, however, required to give your full name and address. Anonymous calls cannot be answered. SHORELINE WAVES We hope you have all seen the pink flyer informing you of the bazaar and of the "want list". The more donated items we have the easier it will be to price the finished products lower which would be nice for everybody in today's economy. All kinds of craft items, yarns, fabrics and even lumber scraps are needed. Another thing that would be greatly appreciated is "helping hands". Have you always wanted to learn how to knit or crochet? Or how to make lovely plaques? Or millions (sorry, I'm exaggerating a bit. How about hundreds?) of other things? In our club there are people for almost every project who can teach you while we provide the materials. This is your chance to get a few unusual ideas for handmade gifts for your family. This suggestion is open for everybody, no matter where. For knitting and crocheting projects, especially the indestructible slippers, call me at the number mentioned at the beginning of this column. Children and teenagers who would like to work on various craft objects in groups should call 344-1779. For general information regarding the bazaar please call 385-1547. Let's all work together to make our bazaar a real special event for everybody!
