The course is offered twice a week with two different sessions. The early session is Monday and Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. and the second session is Monday and Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. The class is a one-hour credit course. Jill Olsen from Crystal Lake is the instructor for both sessions. Modern Dance is not just a system of techniques but rather an art form in which an ex ploration of movement leads to creative expression. The ultimate purpose of dance education is to enable each student to discover his own innate capacity for the com munication of ideas, thoughts, and feelings through the medium of dance. The step ping-stones that this course will provide so that each student can achieve her own movement potentials will include acquiring a vocabulary of movement, sharpening the body through technique and discipline, acquiring an un derstanding of and ex periencing in structuring movement according to form and design principles as ap plied to the art of dance, and experience in improvisation and shaping of composition. Various dance forms will include jazz, interpretive, folk, pantomime, primitive, etc. Rock", and "A Merry American Christmas". "In Mr. Lincoln, Illinois has given the people of the United States a model for honesty and fairness. These were the at tributes on which this nation was founded 200 years ago, and they are valid today," Allphin said. "The Department of Revenue strives for these same prin ciples in the administration of the tax laws enacted by representatives of the people of Illinois." j Allphin said the income tax booklets, which include tax return forms and instructi6ns for completing them, are being mailed earlier this year. He said the early mailing will save more than $73,000 in postage since it precedes the U.S. Postal Service's rate increases. The early mailing will help also to satisfy requests by some taxpayers that the forms be available earlier. "We noticed during the last income tax season that tax payers were filing their returns earlier," Allphin said, "and we had a good number of requests for forms before the season began. "This year's December mailing will give taxpayers more time to locate the records they'll need to fill out their return and, if they have refunds I IMPRINTING ¥ Personalize your Christmas Cards Holiday Thank You Notes Memo Pads Party Invitations Napkins 1 Match Books rders filled within! two weeks.
