The annual meeting of the association is set for Tuesday night. Jan. 27 at Crystal Lake. Members will be receiving a reservation form together with an official notice of the annual meeting within a few days, said, Bert Hanson, executive director. Directors will be elected. New nominees include Louis and its Civic and Arts foun­ dation to afford recognition to local artists and is one of the most financially rewarding shows in the area. Regner, McHenry, guilty of disorderly conduct, fined $200 and costs. Other charges of disorderly conduct and ob­ structing a peace officer were nolle prossed on a motion by the state's attorney. Edward S. Mitchell, 5205 Lake street, McHenry, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, amended to expired driver's license less than six months, fined $50 and costs. Another charge of battery was nolle prossed on a motion by the state's attorney. Joseph F. Fino, Jr., 3715 Young street, McHenry, guilty of disobeying a stop sign, fined $15 and costs; also guilty of disorderly conduct, fined $25 and costs. Another charge of resisting a peace officer was David T. John street. McHenry. Yvonne Alton of McHenry has been cast as Isolde Poole. Mrs. Alton is a newcomer to the area, but not a newcomer to the stag£„. Mrs. Alton has appeared with the Lincoln Park, Gom- pass Park, Margate Park theatres and at Mill Run in such roles as Mrs. Malloy in "The Matchmaker", Cora in "Dark at the Top of the Stairs" and as Mrs. Margolin in "Forty Carats" Co-starring with Mrs. Alton will be Dave Huffman as Augie Poole. Mr. Huffman's on-stage experience is extensive. He has appeared in many productions for the Woodstock Fine Arts, association, Townsquare Players, Theatre company and the Black Watch Players.-His acting talent has delighted local audiences with such a variety df roles as Will Parker in "Oklahoma", Jimmy Curry in "The Rainmaker", Captain Keller in "The Miracle Worker". Payroll Checks Awarded 117,152 State Employees Comptroller George W. Lindberg has released statistics of payroll checks issued to state employees for work performed in October, 1975. There were 117,152 em­ ployees of all state agencies in October, 1975, an increase of 1,245, or 1.1 percent, as com­ pared to September, 1975. Exclusive of educational institutions, the October, 1975, total was 76,598, a decrease of 13, or .02 percent, from the September, 1975, figure. Changes by major groups were: Constitutional officers and courts down 33, oj* .4 per­ cent; code departments up. 53, or .1 percent; major com­ missions up 15, or .4 percent; miscellaneous agencies down 48, or 2.6 percent. Payrolls for all agencies totaled $109,355,635, a decrease of $737,235, or .7 percent from September, 1975. Payrolls for all agencies except educational institutions were $75,908,080, a decrease of $1,293,764, or 1.7 percent. , ̂ The number of employees in October, 1975, was 2,452 more than in October, 1974. Educational institutions in­ creased by 7|D3; all other state agencies increased by 1,749.
