Recognize Legislators For Right-To-Know Vote Several local legislators are among those recognized by the Illinois Press association for voting consistently to protect the people's right-to-know in Illinois. The list includes Rep. Calvin Skinner.slr., and Rep. R. Bruce Waddell. both of District 33 The legislators were rated on their votes on open meetings and public notice proposals in the last two sessions of the General Assembly.
