Justen of McHenry, will join his father's local funeral service business, the George R. Justen and Son funeral home at 3519 W. Elm street. Mark graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science during commencement exercises held March 3 at the Continental Plaza hotel, Chicago. A 1972 graduate of McHenry Community high school, Mark also attended Indiana State university in Terre Haute, IN., where he received two years of general education in the fields of science and business administration. Mark is the fourth generation to represent one of McHenry's o l d e s t f a m i l y - o w n e d businesses. His late great grandfather Jacob Justen, originated the business in 1882 with his brother, Nick. In the early 1900's, Jacob Justen took his sons, George and Albert, into the business and changed the name to Jacob Justen and Sons. When he died in 1940, his residence was remodeled into the present funeral home. Form Chapter Of Restaurant Association On March 24, the inaugural meeting of the newly-formed McHenry county chapter of the Chicago and Illinois Restaurant association will take place at Port Edwards in Algonquin. At the recent meeting at the Woodstock, Inn, a nominating committee was formed. Rose Brendell of Woodstock, initiator of the chapter; Ber nard Ioannacci of Crystal Lake, Lorraine Willicke of Algonquin; and Alain DuClelas of Lilymoor, have been working diligently with the assistance of George Stahl from the Chicago assocation to get the chapter on its feet. The response is reported "tremendous" as the restauranteurs of this area are in dire need of a trade association educated in the rapidly changing laws in this field. The speakers for the evening meeting will be Larry Buck- master, president of the Chicago association, and Glen Curry of the DuPage chapter. Any businessman who have not been personally contacted or received any fliers, are asked to call 338-9759 by Wednesday evening. All restuauranteurs in the McHenry county are urged to attend and lend support. hm ;dwe '2MB. 2 ENJOY ELEGANT DINING IN OUR CAMBRIDGE INN FEATURING *Char-Broiled Steaks ! •Seafood Specialties * Superb Cocktails in our| KINGS TAVERN!
