BiLAZE GUTS HOME - A fire of undetermined origin gutted the home of Frank and Mary Lenz at 4619 Parkview, McCullom Lake, Wednesday morning. The McHenry County Arson division is investigating the fire which they termed "of a suspicious nature". Firemen from Company 1 were called to the home at about 10:15 Wednesday morning. They found heavy smoke coming from the residence, which was unoccupied at the time. The Lenzes had left the premises about two hours before the fire broke out. Fire Chief Glenn Peterson reported that all the living room furniture was destroyed and the remainder of the house suffered extensive heat and smoke damage. No dollar estimate of the damage was given by Peterson.
