Falkinham, assistant superintendent of schools in Johnsburg School District 12, has completed work and received his Ph.D. degree from the University of W i s c o n s i n , M a d i s o n , Department of Educational Administration. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, in 1968 and his Master of Science degree from U.W.-Madison, in 1970.
