Worship services continue to be held at 9:15 a.m. with church school classes meeting at 9:45 a.m. There will be a discussion group immediately following church services for the youth ranging from seventh grade and up. ABOUT TOWN Mrs. Nellie Hepburn and Art Jensen visited the John Black- man family and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Laursen at Antioch last Sunday afternoon Phyllis and Dick Zell spent Sunday afternoon with sister, Dorothy Leitch and family, in Zion. They had a cookout and picnic. Sunday evening they went to Dick's cousins, Bill and Bonnie Scoggin's home in Waukegan They took their pictures from their vacation with them. Monday, Dick worked but Phyllis and David attended the big memorial parade in Zion which lasted for two-and-one- half hours. Phyllis' sisters were in the parade. WINNERS Chuck and Bev Ackerman were one of the twelve couples to win a trip to 6 Flags, St. I>ouis, for this last weekend. The guided trip was sponsored by one of the popular radio stations. It was a full, hectic, and enjoyable weekend. CAMPERS The Paul Walkingtons spent this past weekend up at legend Lake. Wi., again. Daughter Ida FORMAL WEAR RENTALS for ALL OCCASIONS » 1214 N. The Walt Lows went camping again this past weekend also. They went up in the Montello- Coloma area with the Andy Iioses, the Ray Moores and the A1 Adamses, all of McHenry. On the way home Walt and Doris got to talk to Tom and Darlene Heuman on their CB radio. Tom and Darlene passed the Lows and then called back to them. 'Twas fun conversing with someone you really knew on the road. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Happy Birthday Sept. 13 to Annie Rich, Jim Etten, John Eberle, Jr. and to Cliff Spencer and Sept. 14 to Sandy (Hoff­ man ) Hunt and to Mike Winters Sept. 15. Sept. 17 is that special day for Ruth Wegner, Janice Skidmore and to Don Etten with Karen Kuhrt's special day Sept. 18.
