DAR Plans Tour Of Historical Museum The Kishwaukee Trail Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will begin its 1976-77 year by meeting Sept. 27 at the McHenry County Historical society, Union. Guided tours will be provided for members and guests at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The business meeting conducted by Regent Olive Nolan, will begin at 11 a.m., followed by luncheon at 12:30. The September meeting will be highlighted by greetings from Mrs. Dorothy McEachren, president of the McHenry County Historical society, and a speech given by Attorney Hamilton Hale on the subject, "The Developing Consitution". Hale, listed in Who's Who in America, practices law with a Woodstock firm. The Kishwaukee Trail chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution was organized Aug. 28, 1961, and confirmed by the National Society Oct. 18, 1961. The chapter was named after an old Indian trial along the Kish­ waukee river, known to have been used as far back as 1730. Anyone interested in mem­ bership information may contact a local member. Central, McHenry, court found probable cause on three counts , of burglary, two counts of theft over $150, three counts of criminal trespass to motor vehicles and one count of theft under $150. Trials assigned to Judge Charles Parker on Oct. 6. Bond reduced from $29,000 to $17,000. He remains in county jail in lieu of posting bond. William G. Mueller, 4500 Park­ way, McHenry, court found probable cause on three counts of burglary, three counts of criminal trespass to motor vehicles, one count of theft under $150 and two counts of theft over $150. Trials assigned to Judge Charles Parker on Oct. 6 Bond reduced from $29,000 to $19,000. He remains in county jail in lieu of posting bond. William S. Zahn, 5213 Or­ chard, McHenry, charged with driving while license revoked, case not prosecuted. Bruce Bauer, 3316 N. Riverside, McHenry, guilty of reckless driving, fined $300 and costs. Zumski, 211 Navajo, McHenry, charged with disorderly conduct, case not prosecuted. Lawrence W. Johnson, 4901 W. Crystal Lake road, McHenry, guilty of disorderly conduct, fined $25 and costs. COMPLAINTS Officer James A. Molnar charges that on Sept. 4, Joseph C. Duenser of 270 Burnett, Island Lake, committed the offense of no valid driver's license in that he did operate a Kawasaki 124 cc. motorcycle in the city of McHenry and had no valid driver's license issued to him. Bond set at $1,000, court date Sept. 23. Detective Gary R. Wigman charges that on Aug. 30, James F. Bowles, 22, of 4803 Williams, McHenry, committed one count of theft under $150 and two counts of theft over $150 in that he did obtain control over certain stolen property of Larry A. Sword being a marine- mobile radio, a CB radio owned by Jack K. Bucaro and CB radio owned by Leo E. Finney under such circumstances as would reasonably induce the defendant to believe the property was stolen and with the intent to deprive the owners of the use of their property. Bond set at $7,000, court date Sept. 23. Officer Carroll Fair, Village of Sunnyside Police depart­ ment, charges that on Aug. 29, Christopher A. Pickrum of 4419 E Wonder Lake road, Wonder Lake, committed the offense of unlawful possession of con­ trolled substance in that he did knowingly have in his possession less than 300 grams of substance containing Phencyclidine (PCP). Bond set at $2,500, court date Sept. 23. Howard D. Graupe, agent for Montgomery Ward, charges that on Sept. 18, Christine M. Glus of 5214 Memory Trail, MfHenry, committed the of­ fense of retail theft in that she knowingly and unlawfully obtained unauthorized control over two necklaces and a pair of earrings from the store. Notice given to appear in court Sept. 23. Detective Larry Macheroux charges that on Sept. 10, Joann Brandon, no address available, committed the offense of theft over $150 in that she did knowingly obtain unauthorized control over property of the Smoke artd Gun Store being one 357 caliber revolver. Bond set at $5,000, court date Oct. 28. Gertrude Amdur charges that on Dec. 7, 1975, Rose M. Sauter of 7416 Birch drive, Wonder Lake committed the offense of deceptive practice in that she did, with intent to defraud and intent to obtain control over property from Maxine's Fashions in Crystal Lake, knowingly issued and delivered a check to the store drawn on the McHenry State Bank in the amount of $65.10, knowing said check would not be paid by that bank. Bond set at $1,000, trial date Nov. 16. Village of Lakemoor charges that from Sept. 1 through Sept. 9, Raymond Embrey com­ mitted the offense of violation of the zoning ordinance in that he did place upon a certain residential lot owned by him in the village of Lakemoor, a trailer type structure while said lot was zoned for residential only. Court date Oct. 6. Patrolman Gary A. Mlekush charges that on Sept. 10. Richard A. Libby of 2609 Emerald court, McHenry. committed the offense of theft . under $150 in that he did obtain control over lost property, namely a shopping cart, knowing the owner to be Island Foods and failed to take reasonable measures to restore the property to the store. Notice given to appear in court Oct. 13. Richard M. Saracco, manager of the Golden Bear restaurant, Crystal Lake, charges that on Sept 16, William J. Nelson of 3209 River Park drive, McHenry, com­ mitted the offense of theft in that he did obtain unauthorized control over food from the restaurant with the intent to deprive it of its property. Notice given to appear in court Sept. 30. Richard M Saracco, manager of Golden Bear restaurant, Crystal Lake, charges that on Sept. 16, Martin K Fossum of 3707 W. Main, McHenry, committed the of­ fense of theft in that he did obtain unauthorized control over food from the restaurant with the intent to deprive it of its property.
