Please, safe roads in winter are an necessity we cannot do without. Hope everyone had a pleasant Thanksgiving and is getting ready for the holidays coming up. SUNNYSIDE Happy birthday to Renee Januschik Dec. 6, Ruthie Pflug on the eleventh, Catherine Fredricks on the fourteenth, Linda Sandell on the eighteenth, Lou Kusrath on the nineteenth and Conrad Jeffers on the twenty-first. JOHNSBURG A complaint about people walking their dogs near the pathway to and from the community house and the church has been brought to my attention. Please refrain from walking your dog anyplace where other people, especially kids, are going to have to follow. NO TIME For various reasons we haven't been able to devote much time to writing the news lately. I want to ask any of you who might be interested in helping to acquire news in formation and preparing it for printing, to contact either of us. We have developed some news sources but just don't have enough time to pursue them properlj (From David G. Plocher, E x t e n s i o n A d v i s e r , Agriculture, McHenry county) National 4-11 Congress A total of 2,500 people were 'gathered in Chicago recently representing all fifty states, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Of these, 1,600 ^were 4-H delegates who were state, sectional or national dinners selected on the basis of her 4-H ac- iments, demonstrated leadership abilities and their personal development. Forty outstanding youths, including Bob Thompson from McHenry county, received awards and personal recognition from leaders of the Forestry industry. Six received national award scholarships and Bob was one of these six. These youths attending the National 4-11 Congress could not be pointed out on the streets of the nation's cities, towns, or villages by their 4-H looks. They are average youths with greater than average op portunities and greater than average support from those around. The National 4-H congress is a memorable and rewarding experience for those youths who are selected to attend and an even greater experience for "older" people who have the opportunity. Call for details and reservation forms. Committee members who could also give more details are Marge Ahrens, Dawn Vogts, Diane Kuhlman, Judy Vyduna and Michele Sarko. Anyone is welcome to use this catalog to see what possiblities are available. PAGE 5^ PLAIN DEALER-WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15. 1976 JOSEPH IS REASSURED ) of Jesus Christ was or\ this wise; as his Mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she ipas found with the child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife; for that which is conceived m her is of the Holy Ghost.
