McHenry, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving from a charge of DWI. On the lesser charge, he was fined $50 and costs, and also admitted to the DWI project. Colandrea, 2610 Indian Trail, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 53 in a 40 mph zone, and was fined $13 and costs. Jeffrey J Hurkes, 2712 Tich- field terrace, McHenry, for­ feited his bond by not ap­ pearing in court to answer a charge of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. William M. James Gathman, Island Lake, was not prosecuted on a charge of battery. However, on a charge of resisting arrest, Gathman was found guilty, and was fined $50 and costs. Krenger, 3117 Lake View drive, Wonder Lake, was found guilty of speeding 43 in a 30 mph zone, and was fined $13 and costs. Mark R. Sayru, Island Lake, was found guilty of speeding 54 in a 35 mph zone, and was fined $19 and costs. John Wilson, Jr., 8411 Door drive.
