Sunnyside, McHenry, are the parents of a daughter born Feb. 11. VALENTINE BABY Little Colleen Ellen Dowell will celebrate her birthday on Valentine's day in future years. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Dowell of DeSoto, 111., and made her appearance Monday, Feb. 14, weighing 9 lbs. 9 oz. and measuring twenty-two inches long. Proud paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dowell of McHenry. Delighted, maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Francis Eisfelder of Pin- ckneyville. 111. Great grand­ father is Joseph Tonyan of Crystal Lake, while the paternal great grandmother is Lillian Eisfelder. Colleen is the first child for the Dowells. Spring Grove. HARVARD HOSPITAL Mrs. Alfred Mallinder of McHenry and David Jones of Ringwood have been admitted as patients to Harvard hospital. FALLS ON ICE Howard R. Parth Sr., 4312 W. Ponca, McHenry, was injured Sunday afternoon, when he slipped on some ice and struck his head on a porch at his home. HeJ suffered a three-inch cut above his left eye and was taken to McHenry hospital by the McHenry Rescue squad for treatment. Chicago to judge the two-day benched All-Breed Spring show April 2 and 3, 1977, at the In­ ternational Amphitheatre. The Chicago show is one of the largest in the United States with an entry last year at the Spring show of 3,206 dogs. In addition, 3,631 dogs were en­ tered for the sixth One-Day Unbenched Fall show held Oct. 30, 1976. The six groups will be split with the benching and judging of the Sporting, Hound and Terrier groups on Saturday and the Working, and Nop- Sporting groups on Sunday. Obedience Novice A" and "B" and Open "A" will be judged on Saturday and Open "B" and Utility on Sunday. Junior Showmanship and Junior Dog judging have become traditions at the In­ ternational, and will be held again this year. The Best in Show judge for the 1977 Spring show will be A. Peter Knoop, Weston, Conn.
