Northeast Shore drive, McHenry, was not prosecuted for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. \ John R. Fenn, 403 Channel drive. Island Lake, was not prosecuted on a charge of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Joseph H. Kelly, 8801 Coral drive. Wonder Lake, was found guilty of improper lane usage, and was fined $5 and costs. Patrick D. Clark, 8601 W. Wonder Lake road. Wonder Lake, was found guilty of disobeying a no passing zone, and was fined $15 and costs. Charles R. Fernstrom, 4115 W. Waukegan road, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 75 in a 55 mph zone, and was fined $20 and costs. Harold C. Freeman. 309 Rosedale, McHenry, was found guilty of failure to display a valid snowmobile registration, and was fined $10 and costs. William W. Huebner, 704 W. Maple, McHenry. was found guilty of disobeying a stop sign, and was fined $35 and costs. Smith was also found guilty of .two mother offenses, improper passing, and driving too fast for conditions. Lowe, 2625 Myang, McHenry, was placed on one-year probation for pleading guilty to a charge of driving while his license was suspended or revoked. Lo\ke was not prosecuted on a charge of improper passing. Edward Ci. Raske, 7416 Wooded Shores, Wonder Lake, had the charge against him amended from DW1 to reckless driving. On the lesser charge, he pleaded guilty, was fined $50 and costs, was placed on three months probation, and was admitted to the DW1 project. Guy M Garn, 221 Sunset, McHenry, was found guilty of theft under $150, and was fined $50 and costs. Jerry J. Heimer, 1316 May street, McHenry, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, and was fined $25 and costs. Kenneth R. Johnson, 1311 Third avenue, Spring Grove, was found guilty of having no valid driver's license, and was sentenced to twenty days in jail to be served on periodic Sun­ days. Green street, McHenry, for­ feited his bond by not ap­ pearing in court to answer a charge of speeding 48 in a 30 mph zone. Daniel L? Heckmann, 332 N. Lily lane, Lakemoor, was found guilty of speeding 55 in a 35 mph zone, and was fined $20 and costs. Richard M. Lindquist, 5212 Home avenue, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 67 in a 35 mph zone, and was fined $50 and costs. Vernon E. Weidner, 5716 S. Solon road, McHenry, was not prosecuted on a charge of speeding 49 in a 35 mph zone. Elizabeth A. Weisenberger, 1420 Fourth avenue, Spring Grove, forfeited her bond by not appearing in court to an­ swer a charge of speeding 50 in a 35 mph zone. Brian C. Rhoades, 103 W. Riverside drive, McHenry, was found guilty of speeding 58 in a 30 mph zone, and was fined $15 and costs. COMPLAINT Harry Argyropoulos, owner of the Busy Bee restaurant, McHenry, charges that on Feb. 18, Antoinette L. Diedrich, 1401 Millstream, McHenry, com­ mitted the offense of disorderly conduct, in that she did knowingly and unlawfully use obscene language directed to the complainant while in the establishment, and did act in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm the complainant and disturb him, and thereby provoke a breach of peace. No bond was set for a March 16 court appearance. Harry Argyropoulos, owner of the Busy Bee restaurant, McHenry, charges that on Feb. 18, Michael D. Murphy, Elgin, committed the offense of disorderly conduct, in that he did knowingly and unlawfully use obscene language directed to the complainant while in the establishment, and did act in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm the complainant and disturb him, and thereby provoke a breach of peace. No bond was set for a March 16 court appearance. Brian Slavin, manager of the Eagle Food store, McHenry, charges that on Feb. 18, Karen S. Gibbs, 3019 W. Rt. 120, McHenry, committed the of­ fense of theft under $150, in that she did, knowingly, exert unauthorized control over property of the Eagle store, being one five pack of cigarettes, value $2.31, two plastic nursers, value 48 cents each, four six-ounce packages of Canadian bacon, value $1.59 each, one bottle of high potency iron and vitamin tonic, value $2.47, and one milk chocolate peanut butter cup thirty-count box, value 92 cents, having a total value of less than $150, with the intent to deprive said store permanently of the use or benefit of said property No bond was set for a March 8 court appearance Jeannie Stilling charges that on Feb. 13, Eugene Stilling, 1612 W. Lincoln road. McHenry. committed the offense of battery, in that he did, without legal justification, grab the arm of Jeannie Stilling, and did push and kick her, thereby causing bodily harm to her.
