Roberts road, McHenry, committed the offense of possession of cannabis, in that he knowingly possessed more than thirty grams of a sub stance containing cannabis. Bond was set at $5,000 for a March 2 court date. Fred Martucci, Island Food store. Island Lake, charges that on Feb. 18, Nicholas J. Troka, 3213 S. Waterview, Burton's Bridge, committed the offense of theft under $150, in that he did, knowingly, ob tain control over certain property, being three T-bone steaks, valued at twelve dollars, intending to deprive Martucci permanently of the use and benefit of said property. J R. Strojny charges that on Feb. 11. John Chambers. 3804 Main street, McHenry, com mitted the offense of keeping an animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night, in that he, John Chambers, did keep an animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the clay or night. Marilyn Stott committed the offense of aggravated battery, in that she. in committing a battery in violation of Illinois Revised statutes, chapter 38, section 12-3, without legal justification, knowingly caused bodily harm to Olszewski in that she jumped on him, putting •him in a headlock hold, knowing Olszewski to be a peace officer in the execution of his official duties. Wonder Lake, committed the offense of reckless conduct, in that he endangered the bodily safety of Marilyn Topp in that, while acting in a reckless manner, he dischareed a gun in the presence of Marilyn Topp at or near 4406 E. Lakeshore drive, Wonder Lake, a densely populated area. Bond was set at $1,000 for a March 7 court appearance. Sergeant Phillip G. Dam meir. Crystal Lake Police department, charges that on Feb 22, Michael J. Moore, 306 S Highland drive, McHenry. committed the offense of resisting a peace officer, in that he did. knowingly, resist the performance of Sgt. Dammeir within his official capacity, being the arrest of Michael J Moore, knowing Sgt. Dammeir to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he struck and shoved Sgt. Dammeir. Bond was set at $1,000 for a March 8 court appearance. Deputy Thomas F. Schroeder charges that on Feb. 27, John M. Sorenson III, 4120 W.
