You reap what your parents sow But they understand that too. True Worth You can tell more about a person by what he says about others than you can by what others say about him. -Constitution, Atlanta. •1 Between your games and friends And then there's your bowling date. You just don't have the time to spare So your parents sit and wait. But today I brought them near You see they asked me to. I need help .up here And they need something to do. But you made a big mistake They left the church their money. Now there's nothing left for you to take And to Me, the son of God, that's funny. R. Zmich Fine Tablecloths For Festive Days Dramatic background for your finest table settings! Tax Help In April Chicago area taxpayers who have not filed their 1976 federal income tax return can take advantage of expanded toll-free telephone assistance the final week of the filing season. Charles F. Miriani, IRS district director for northern Illinois, said that the Internal Revenue Service will expand its toll-free telephone assistance on Monday through Friday. April 11-15, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Normal service is 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. In Chicago, taxpayers should call 435-1040. Suburban tax payers should call 800-972-5400 toll-free. In announcing the expanded hours. Miriani reminded taxpayers that the IRS also offers walk-in assistance at local offices throughout the Chicago area. He suggested that they call the toll-free telephone numbers for the nearest office and the hours of operation. Walk-in service will not be expanded during the final week of the filing period In conclusion. Miriani asked that taxpayers who had questions on their 1976 refunds call after April 15 so that the IRS could best help those taxpayers who still needed assistance in preparing their tax returns.
