It shall be unlawful fto construct any building or structure or to alter or remodel any building or structure so as to change the walls, beams, supports or the roof thereof, without having first secured a permit therefore, or in violation of the terms of such permit, or in violation of the terms of this ordinance. ARTICLE III All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions hereof shall be, and hereby are, repealed.
