It is back to Sunday School at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran church, 404 N. Green street, McHenry, where they are conducting their fall roundup of Sunday School students this coming weekend. Members of the congregation will sing familiar Sunday School hymns at' their worship services. Teachers will be installed and boys and girls will receive special attention. This fall's program will feature singing and worship experience as well as classroom time. Claire L. Koehler, 2916 Bull Valley road, McHenry, had a charge of driving while in toxicated amended to reckless driving. On the lesser charge, he pled guilty and was fined $50 and costs, admitted to the DWI project, and placed on three months probation. He was then not prosecuted on a charge of improper lane usage. Esther M. Kipp, 3202 Greenleaf, Wonder Lake, pled guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, and was fined $300 and costs and placed on six months probation. She was not prosecuted on a charge of improper lane usage. Dale Adams, 3706 Clover, McHenry, was found not guilty on a charge of unlawful sale of alcoholic liquor to a minor. Craig P. Rt. 120, McHenry, negotiated a guilty plea to a charge of disobeying a stop sign, and was fined $25 and placed on ninety- day supervision. Complaints Deputy Sheriff Glenn C. Olsen charges that on Aug. 26, Michael J. Shannon, 3717 Hamlin drive, McHenry, committed the offense of disorderly conduct, in that he knowingly refused to cooperate, with rescue squad members who were called to assist him, pounded his head against the wall and screamed for help, then shouted obscentities at people in the residence in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb Betty J. Stamsta, one of the people in the residence, and provoke a breach of the peace. Bond was set at $25 for an Oct. 11 court appearance. Officer Kenneth Prazak of the McHenry Police depart ment charges that on Aug. 31, Lawrence M. Braidman, 3304 W.
