The first item of business was the introduction of Barbara Cook, a Northwood school teacher, who attended the meeting to volunteer her services as a leader in the area of crafts. Each member and parent was asked to bring some canned goods to the meeting. The club voted to take some money from the treasury and purchase three turkeys. All of this food will be given to three needy families in McHenry county. Other business included the appointment of a committee to DECEMBER 30, 1977 plan a winter activity sucn as a skating or skiing party. After the meeting adjourned, the club was going to go sled ding, but the weather prevented this.
