One of our local men, Mr. J. L. Stadtield, won third place in the rifle shoot held at the Great Lakes Rifle Range by the home Guards of Lake County. The Secretary of the Lake County Federation of Bankers has notified Mr. Stadtfeld that he has qualified as one of the team to repre-- sent Lake County in the State Shoot at Springfie'ld.
