Gibbons was picked up by the local police on North Milwaukee avenue in the busi-- ness district Saturday night, covered with blood. Later on Monday a warrant was sworn out for the arrest of Jack Dawson on the complaint of Gibhons who charges Dawson with assault and battery. , Thomas Norton, aged 4 years of Lake Villa is in the Victory Memor-- ial hospital while suffering from bruises and cuts which he suffered when he was struck by a truck in that community Wednesday.
