Oct. 3fl, the Fox Valley chapter of Young Single Parents <YSP» will hold its Halloween party. This will be considered a special night with prizes awarded for the best costume, most original, funniest, etc. Entertaining activities are planned for the whole evening. Those who come early may enjoy a few extra chuckles. If a person doesn't come in costume, it will cost him or her a little extra at the door. Young Single Parents is a non-profit organization of single (divorced, separated, widowed, etc.) parents between the ages of twenty-one to forty- two Child custudy is not a requirement for membership. YSP focuses on the particular problems of the single parent. There are adult and family activities held each month. All eligible parents are cordially invited to attend any of the weekly meetings held each Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at the Apple Orchard country club in Bartlett, on Stearns road, one-half mile east of route 59.
