People are encouraged to get their tickets early for the hour they wish to be served. BAZAAR The bazaar at the Ringwood church. Saturday, Nov. 11, will start at 3 p.m. The ladies were busy last week finishing a wide variety of items which will be available for sale. They decided to also make homemade candies which will be available to satisfy the "sweet tooth". U.M.Y HALLOWEEN PARTY The youth of Greenwood- Ringwood parish had a won derful time Sunday evening when they visited the Haunted House at Pistakee. It was really scary for some of them. After working up an appetite there, they returned to the home of Mrs. Marge Evans where they enjoyed hamburgers and hot dogs. Adults assisting with the party were Paul Schwegel, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Spencer, and Mrs. Art Baker. HERE AND THERE Friends have been enjoying a, visit from Bob and Florence Black who were back in the area for a couple of weeks with their camper. The Blacks have taken up residence in Holiday, Florida, and it was so good to see them again. Mrs. Nellie Hepburn reports that her son, Webster Black- mon of Richmond, is back home after a recent con finement in McHenry hospital. Several family members and friends dropped by last week end to visit him; son, Jim Blackmon of Chula Vista, Calif.; brother, John Blackman of Goodland, Fla ; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Madden of Roscoe; Jane Blackmon, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Klapperich and Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Harms all of Rich mond; and also Mrs. Hepburn and Do Brennan of our town. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cox are moving to Ft. Wayne, Ind. They will be missed by their neigh bors. Walt and Doris Low visited former residents. Bob and Betty Graham, at Hazelhurst, Wis last week-end. The weather was beautiful and called for a little fishing and hiking in the woods Nelson on the ninth, and to Laurie Bidlack on Nov. *10. On Nov. 11 Mrs. Yvonne Davis will celebrate her natal day, as does Bobby Fossum on the twelfth of November. Nov. 13 is that special day for Jennie Jones, and on the fourteenth we find Peggy Whiting and Eunice Andreas adding another year, happy birthday to all of you wonderful people. Miss McEachrin received her Bachelor of Music from Indiana university and her Master of Music from Northwestern university Her credentials include chreography of fifteen musicals, and choreographing several semi-pro and professional swing choirs all over the country and Canada. Miss McEachrin is a member of the Music Educators National Conference, the American Choral Directors association, and is currently treasurer of the Illinois chapter of The National Association of Jazz Educators. Miss McEachrin is vocal director at Buffalo Grove high school in Buffalo Grove, where she is director and choreographer of the "Ex pressions", a swing choir which will be touring Canada in 1979.
