Beat in eyns one at a time, bea'ing well after each addition. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt . Blend into creamed mixture alternately with orange juice.. Tprn into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round layer cake pans. Bake in 350°F. oven 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans, and cool completely. Place one layer on cake plate, spread with half of Orange Coconut Frosting*, top with second cake layer and remaining frosting. YIELD: 16 servings. •Orange Coconut Frosting 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup sugar 3 egg yolks ' / i cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons frozen con­ centrated orange juice, thawed, undiluted 2 cans (3'/2 ounces each) flaked coconut In medium saucepan com­ bine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stir­ ring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in undiluted orange juice concentrate and coconut. Cool. ORANGE TIGER 1 can (12 ounces) frozen concentrated orange juice, reconstituted 2 cans (12 ounces each) beer, chilled '/2 cup sugar In large pitcher mix all in­ gredients. Serve over ice.
