CREATLAKES IS SCENE OF EVENT July 4 to Be Gala Day at Sta-- fim;"m'mn"smwh Sea Cruise What wil probably be the biggest July 4 outing in the vicinity of Chicagowill be held at the Great Lakes naval training station under the auspices of the Citizens' Good Roads association, founded by for-- mer Mayor Wm. Hale Thompson, which is planning a monster picnie and patriotic celebration for Indc-- pendence Day. It is expected that 25.000 persons will be in attend-- @RAEWV * .
