It is located at 224 W. Judd street, Woodstock. Jim Frank, IEPA agricultural adviser, and A G. « Taylor, assistant agricultural adviser, will discuss the plan's recommendations for soil erosion control, livestock waste management, fertilizer and pesticide usage and fruit and forestry production. Soil erosion and livestock waste are cited as the two major statewide water quality problems, says Plocher. The draft 208 plan for agriculture contains a complaint-oriented enforcement control program for soil erosion control to be administered by the Illinois Department of Agriculture and local soil and water con servation district. The Illinois Pollution Control board adopted state livestock waste regulations Sept. 21. Any livestock facility releasing polluted water to streams will be in violation of the state regulations after June^O, states Plocher. Those who plan to attend should call the Extension office at 815-338-3737 or 4747. Two Area Youths In Delayed Enlistment Show Child Abuse Film Raised In Anger,a ^ documentary film on child abuse and neglect, will be broadcast on Public Broadcast Service (P.B.S.) TV station WTTW - Channel 11 Monday, Jan. 15 at 9 p.m. This film has been officially recognized as International Year of the Child (IYC) project. This one-hour special, hosted by Edward Asner, shows child abuse and neglect as a major problem which needs to be openly discussed. The local Parents Anonymous chapter is located in Woodstock. This organization encourages parents who are having problems with parenting, as well as those parents who wish to avoid problems in this urea, to contact P A. Many persons have been helped by this parent-to-parent support. For more information, call 344-3944. HICK niHISTOFFKUSFA Airman Rick I).
