October 31-Joseph Scheelz, 55, died at McHenry hospital. Louis Gruenfeld, 91, died in Idaho. NOVEMBER November 1--Bernard J. Wisniewski, 68, died in McHenry hospital. November 2-Penthias H. Billeter, 90, died in the Highland Nursing home, Genoa City, Wis. November 3--The 1959 recipient of the Citizen of the Year award from the V.F.W. auxiliary, Elizabeth Thomp­ son, 90, died in the Carestoel professional care center. A victim of the school bus ac­ cident, Paul Edwin Davison, 10, died in McHenry hospital. November 7--Wil l iam Stilling, 79, died in his home in Richmond. ** November 9-A Wonder Lake resident, Otto Hartung, 89, died in Memorial hospital, Wood­ stock. November 13--A lengthy illness ended for Yvonne Kuiper, who died in the Har­ vard hosptial. November 20--Herman C. Buck, former owner of the Town Club restaurant, tavern and apartment building, died at the home of his daughter in Lake Geneva, Wis. Lloyd L. Cochran, 86, of Wonder Lake, died at McHenry hospital. November 22--Carrie a. J us ten, 91, widow of a well known business man, Peter M. Jus ten , d ied in McHenry hospital. November 24--A Wonder Lake resident, Robert G. Zoiss, Sr., 53, died at Wonder Lake. New Bridge In Construction A Lakeland Construction Co. crane lowers a steel beam into place as work goes forward on construction of a new bridge over Dutch creek on Rt. 31, north of McHenry. Traffic lights regulate one-way traffic on both sides of the construction until completion, scheduled for Dec. 15. The narrow bridge being removed has long been considered one of the most dangerous spots of highway in this area, resulting in several traffic deaths in recent years.
