WAYNE GAYLORD PHOTO Poster Design For Art Fair McHenry hospital auxiliary representatives, from left, Jill Olszewski, Joan Teichmiiler and Aastri Cunat, are proud to exhibit the poster designed by John Hilton Greene for the twenty-third annual Country Art fair to ' be held June 15, 16 and 17 at the Parkland junior high school in McHenry. Committee members are busy preparing for the twenty- third annual McHenry hospital auxiliary- sponsored, McHenry Country Art fair to be held June 14 through 17, at Parkland Junior high school in McHenry. Consisting of a one-man show, featuring the artwork of Rodger Bechtold of Woodstock, McHenry County college exhibit, gymnasium exhibit, and a judged show, the fair offers a wide and varied range of art. Entries include painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, and selected * crafts. Photography has become an outstanding contribution in the past several years. Irving Shapiro, director of American Academy of Art, will judge the art work. Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded. June 14 has been designated as patrons' night, in addition to when the judging takes place. Those interested in becoming patrons may pledge $5 or more toward the purchase of a piece of art by contacting Aastri Cunat, Patrons' Purchases chairperson, in-care-of the McHenry auxiliary, McHenry hospital. Michael and Donna Pohlman, 2903 Tower drive, McHenry, had their third child May 16 at McHenry hospital. Jennifer Jean weighed 9 lb. 2 oz., and joins her brothers Jason and Jeffery. Maternal grandmother is Diane Johnson of Norridge, 111. Gene and Hazel Pohlman, Ocala, Fla., are the paternal grandparents. Among the recent births recorded at Memorial hospital for McHenry county, Wood­ stock, was the birth of a boy May 22 to Mr. and Mrs. David Baehne, McHenry. CELEBRATE FIFTY YEARS Mr. and Mrs. Joe Miller, 2108 W. Church, Johnsburg, are celebrating fifty years of marriage with an outdoor Mass May 26 at 3 p.m. at home (to be held in the Junior high in case of rain), and a reception following in the Johnsburg Community club.
